Book Blogger Hop and Feature and Follow Friday

When you receive new books in the mail, do the older ones get moved to the bottom of your list or do go strictly "by the book" and keep your list with older books first and then the new ones?

I review my books for review as close to release date as I can.  There are the occasional book that I will read early due to excitement for the release and others that fall behind.  For those that I have purchased, there is no rhyme an reason to when I will read it.  I'm pretty sure I have books on my selves that are from 2008 or 2009 that I haven't read yet.

  1. I think I have books that have been sitting on my shelf for years as well! But, like you, when I buy them, I don't mind when I read them. Its the books that are for review that I try to get done earlier, and then its just whatever I'm in the mood for.

I like the Spine Poetry idea, but I don't get it. :)

    1. When I was pulling titles off my shelf and arranging them, I took it as character traits (a combination of what others thought of a person and what that person thought of them self).

  3. I have old books on my shelf collecting dust too! That is why I join the Dusty Bookshelf Challenge every year. LOL!
