I've read several books on the 2010-2011 challenge list. But, hands down my favorite is The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. But, I also enjoy the entire Harry Potter series which is often on the banned or challenged list (I'm surprised it's not on this one).

hmm I haven't heard of this book, so I can't say I agree with you haha, but if it's movie worthy then I guess I'll have to check it out :)

I never even thought of Poison Study as a movie, but that's a brilliant choice. I adore the book and would love to see it transferred to the big screen though - like you - I have no idea of my dream casting. Valek would have to be someone that can pull of 'dangerous as heck' of course.
ReplyDeleteAnd I totally agree with Hunger Games too. This is one I can kind of see why people would want to ban it, but it's also one that's so important to read and discuss!
Anyway before I wrote you a novel, I was just hopping by and I'm a new follower. My FF is over here if you'd like to stop by. Happy reading!
Old follower. Hunger Games. A lot of people have mentioned this as well. Interesting choice. Come visit me as well. Here's my FF:

ReplyDeleteHunger Games seems to be the most popular choice today!

Hopping through. I'd love to see Poison Study as a movie. Hard to find someone as handsome as Valek though.
